Important Notice
This warranty is valid only with proper certification and registration. A unique warranty certificate will be issued upon successful completion and handover of the project. Customers must register their warranty within 30 days of installation for the warranty to be valid.
Warranty Coverage & Scope
Covered Products
The warranty applies only to selected racking, mezzanine, and structural steel products, as specified in the official Warranty Certificate issued at the time of installation.
Coverage Scope
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in structural steel components under normal usage and load conditions. Warranty claims will be addressed only by repairing the defective product.
Limitations & Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Products or services not listed in the certificate
- Improper installation by unauthorized contractors
- Overloading, misuse, or negligence
- Powder coating, surface finishes, or accessories beyond the standard one-year workmanship warranty
- Environmental damage, accidents, fire, flooding, or natural disasters
- Unauthorized modifications, relocations, or alterations
Warranty Certificate & Registration
Certificate Issuance
A unique warranty certificate will be issued upon successful completion and handover of the project. This certificate includes project reference number, warranty certificate number, covered products and components, warranty start date, and terms and conditions.
Registration Process
Customers must register their warranty within 30 days of installation for the warranty to be valid. Registration requires completed registration form, copy of warranty certificate, project completion documentation, and installation verification.
Without certification and registration, no warranty applies.
