Design & Engineering Services
We offer expert engineering and design services to help you create an optimal storage solution. For qualified projects, this includes our Certified Engineering Package. However, the final responsibility for the safe implementation, installation, and operation of any system, including compliance with all site-specific conditions and regulations, remains with the client, facility owner, and operator. The Company shall not be liable for modifications, misuse, overloading, improper installation, or unauthorized alterations.
Warranty & Liability
Our products are covered by the robust Signature Shield Warranty, the specific terms of which are provided in your purchase agreement. Unless explicitly stated in that formal agreement, no other warranty—express or implied—is provided regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Racking Systems FZC disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including business interruption, loss of profits, property damage, or third-party claims) arising from the use, installation, or reliance on our systems.
Safety & Compliance

However, the ultimate responsibility for compliance with all local building codes, fire regulations (including UAE Civil Defence codes), and occupational health and safety laws lies with the customer, installer, and operator. We provide resources and guidance to assist you in meeting these obligations, including recommended inspection schedules.
